A New Way of Living
So much of our lives can be spent cruising on autopilot. Research shows that 47% of the time we are doing one thing and thinking about something else. We eat, work, sleep and perform everyday tasks without really thinking about them. We can find ourselves on autopilot even when interacting with family and friends.
Mindfulness is a way of living with greater awareness of ourselves, others and what’s happening around us. When we are awake and aware we can find more clarity, acceptance and contentment. We can choose and rediscover ways to be happy and get the most out of lives.
