Informative, professional and highly enjoyable with sample menu plans included! It is a midlife body makeover course, providing vital information on what’s changing, why, and what you can do about it. Drawn from latest, evidence-based research for her upcoming book. You’ll learn how to:

You can attend the course in parts or sign up for the whole 4 part series, as each one covers specific topics. Each masterclass is supported by a FREE 7-day menu plan to help you bring your new nutritional knowledge to practical use.
The master classes start in May running over four Saturday mornings with dates in May 2nd, June 6th and Sept 5th and Nov 7th. You can also attend the sessions independently at a cost of £60 per person and it is £200 per person for the full 4 part course.
